Sandi has 40 years of experience with architectural and engineering firms in the writing of procurement/contract documents and technical specifications. She also performs research of building materials and methods used in the construction industry, issuance of procurement documents during the bidding phase, and preparation and issuance of addenda for a widely diversified range of projects. Her Certified Construction Specifier (CCS) certification and vast experience in the development of procurement documents for all types of projects gives her an in-depth understanding of the contracting requirements of many government and private contracting agencies. Sandi is a longtime Alaska resident. In addition to her love of reading and cooking for family and friends, she may be found at the drag races in Palmer or showing her muscle car at car shows in Anchorage.
