Jay has provided leadership for Kuna for the last 10 years. He has extensive experience in rural development, energy, and infrastructure development throughout Alaska and internationally. Jay’s experience ranges from project manager on healthcare facilities and remote power projects to senior consultant on state and federal initiatives. Since beginning with the organization, he has increased annual revenue in Alaska across the enterprise and business lines. Jay enjoys Nordic and Alpine skiing, hiking, and backpacking treks in Alaska’s backcountry. He is passionate about and intrigued with Alaska’s vibrant Alaska Native culture and its remote villages.
