Director, Water Resources and Rural Development
Daniel has 24 years of experience in engineering for Alaska’s unique requirements and conditions. Since 2002, he has worked as a project manager and engineer, specializing in rural and arctic engineering and development. Daniel’s passion is working with Alaska communities to build brighter futures, so his project goals are to identify a specific need, develop a unique solution, and adeptly guide the project through final construction. Daniel also works with the Alaska Professional Design Council to educate local, state, and national lawmakers on Alaska’s unique needs and conditions. Time away from the office for Daniel is spent outdoors experiencing the Last Frontier with his family – from hiking and snow machining to berry picking and fishing.
